Developers are required to pay an annual fee, which includes the provision of the New Homes Ombudsman Service, auditing of developer processes and procedures, and a suite of resources to help support developers to improve their quality standards and customer service.

How have fees been determined?

Fees are set to cover the operating costs of the NHQB and the New Homes Ombudsman (NHOS). Both are not-for-profit organisations and we periodically review the structure for charges/ fees to ensure we remain as fair as possible.
