The annual fee covers the provision of the Code and protection from the New Homes Ombudsman Service. On payment, you will receive comprehensive resources to help you implement the Code, embed processes, and enhance customer service. You will also get access to ongoing guidance from our industry engagement team

How do we set our fees?
Our fees are periodically reviewed to ensure they remain fair and proportionate. They cover the operating costs of the New Homes Quality Board and the New Homes Ombudsman Service. These are not-for-profit organisations.
